We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, and other website content are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that information on this website is complete, accurate, current, or free from errors.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or request additional verification for any order at our discretion. Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received and cleared.
We reserve the right to amend pricing, product availability, and payment methods at any time without notice.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping, delivery, and dispatch procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timeframes provided on this website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in goods remains with NOŪS LABS until courier tracking confirms successful delivery to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Where a customer elects to use a freight forwarding service, parcel forwarding provider, reshipment service, export service, or other third-party intermediary, delivery shall be deemed completed once the shipment has been successfully delivered to the forwarding address nominated by the customer.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, NOŪS LABS does not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOŪS LABS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of this website, the purchase, handling, storage, or use of any product, shipping delays, website interruptions, or inaccuracies in website content.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of NOŪS LABS in relation to any claim arising from the supply of products or use of this website shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand law.
