Are these products intended for human use?

No. All products sold by NOŪS LABS are laboratory reference compounds supplied strictly for scientific and research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, are not medicines or dietary supplements, and are not sold for therapeutic purposes.


How long does shipping take within New Zealand?

Orders are typically dispatched promptly, with most New Zealand deliveries arriving within 2–4 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier operations, and rural delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been collected by the courier.


Do you ship internationally?

At present, NOŪS LABS ships within New Zealand only.


How are products supplied?

Peptide reference compounds are supplied in lyophilised (freeze-dried) form in sealed laboratory vials. Sterile bacteriostatic water and laboratory consumables are available separately where listed.


How should products be stored?

Products should be stored in accordance with accepted laboratory storage practices appropriate for the specific material. Avoid unnecessary exposure to heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.


What payment methods do you accept?

Orders are currently processed using New Zealand bank transfer. Payment instructions are provided during checkout. Orders are prepared once cleared funds have been received.


Can I return an order?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full eligibility requirements and resolution procedures.


Are your products tested?

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) may be available for selected products where supplied by the manufacturer. NOŪS LABS may also undertake independent analytical verification on selected batches as part of our ongoing quality assurance process.


Do I need to be over 18?

Yes. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from NOŪS LABS. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to our Terms of Service.


Can I modify or cancel an order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to assist. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are generally no longer possible.
